Girls and Women around, Can you give me some advice?

Okay, Back in Elementary School, he was my crazy stalker. He always followed me, and tried to talk to me, and I always ignored him. But about three months ago, we reconnected. It's been 10 years (im 15) since we've last seen each other. He still flirts with me and tells me im beautiful and that I was his first love and he's been waiting for me, etc. I think I really like him. On the other hand, he has another side. Ever since we reconnected, we'll talk for a week straight for hours at a time and then he'll completely ignore my calls, my IMs, and my myspace messages, for TWO weeks. Then, later on, he comes back with the same act. But I still think I like him. I don't know what to do. Does he like me? Or am I in his life to feed his ego?
